We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature that allows users to add notes specific to individual events. This feature enhances communication and task management by enabling detailed instructions or information to be tied directly to specific events.

- Feature Description: Users can now add notes specific to an event when creating or editing it, both on the web and mobile platforms. This note will be visible only for the specific event and not for the entire case.
Impact: This feature improves the granularity of information available for each event, allowing users to specify detailed instructions or context that is relevant to a particular event. It ensures that employees have access to the necessary information to perform tasks efficiently.
Implementation:

Adding Notes:
- A note field has been added to the Create Event and Edit Event dialogs on both web and mobile platforms.
- The note field is located below the “Remark” field and looks similar in design.
- This feature does not currently support recurring events.
Testing and Deployment:
- The feature has been thoroughly tested and confirmed to work correctly on both the web and mobile platforms.
- Adjustments were made to ensure that the note can handle a large amount of text and that the display truncates with an ellipsis for longer notes, ensuring readability.
Steps to Use the Feature:
- Create or edit an event on the web or mobile platform.
- Enter the desired note in the new note field.
- Save the event.
- The note will be visible when viewing the specific event details.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Notes can be added and viewed for specific events.
- Notes are truncated with an ellipsis if they exceed the display limit, ensuring a clean and readable interface.
- Full notes are accessible when editing the event.
