Implementation:

• Inbox Handling Changes:
  • Items are only added to Rackbeat when the user clicks one of the "Approve" buttons.
  • Added options in the UI for different approval actions:
    • Approve with lines: Sends the invoice to the financial system, adds it to the "Creditor invoices list," and adds items to the case. Creates items in Rackbeat if they do not exist.
    • Approve and send to warehouse: Sends the invoice to the financial system, adds it to the "Creditor invoices list," and adds items to Rackbeat.
    • Approve and archive: Sends the invoice to the financial system and adds it to the "Creditor invoices list." Items are not added to cases or Rackbeat.
    • Reject: Sends the invoice to the financial system and adds it to the "Creditor invoices list" with the status "Rejected."
    • Request approval: Uses the existing flow for requesting approval.

Usage Instructions:

1. Approving Items:

   • Use the new "Approve" buttons to handle items as required.
   • Choose the appropriate action based on whether you need to add items to cases, warehouses, or simply archive them.

2. Selecting Warehouses:

   • Explicitly set the warehouse before approving to ensure items are correctly allocated.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The feature is considered successfully implemented when items are only added to Rackbeat upon user approval, with clear options for different actions in the UI.
